This is an attractive open plan room with exposed beams. There is ample room for sitting, dining and cooking.
There is a colour TV, DVD player and CD player/radio.
The room is heated by two slimline electric convection heaters and a real effect electric stove.
Extra sleeping is provided by a comfortable and attractive bed settee.
Patio doors lead out to a sheltered patio with garden table and 4 chairs. This is an ideal area for relaxing and eating.

Sycamore Cottage bedroom is a light and attractive room with fitted carpet. The bed can be made to a super king or twin. There is plenty of storage space with a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a wardrobe area.
Heating is by a slimline electric convection heater.

The bathroom has exposed beams and is well appointed. A good sized shower cubicle fits neatly alongside a washbasin, WC and heated towel rail. An elegant wall cabinet and a washbasin shelf provide ample storage.

 

patio and garden

The sheltered sandstone patio looks out onto a very attractive part of the garden.
There is a garden table with 4 chairs making this an ideal area to relax and eat. Across the adjacent lawn is a pond with a rustic wooden bridge over it. Steps lead to a terrace where there are spectacular views over the Eden Valley to the Pennines.
All this part of the garden is accessible to guests.
